USCIS Immigration Fees to Increase on 12/23/16

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is adjusting the fee schedule for immigration and naturalization benefit requests processed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Applications and petitions postmarked or filed on or after December 23, 2016, must include these new fees. This chart lists some of USCIS’ fees effective December 23, 2016.
