    We have an immediate opening for an attorney with at least 1 year of related experience to work on preparing non-immigrant NIV cases (E, H-1B, J-1, L, O, P, TN), permanent resident IV cases, and naturalization cases.

    Immigration Attorney

    Requirements:

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently
    • Demonstrated attention to detail, especially grammar and spelling
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel
    • Demonstrated ability in the areas of initiative, proactivity, resourcefulness, and good judgment
    • Ability to work in the USA
    An ideal candidate can also communicate easily in Spanish, French, or another foreign language.

    Qualifications:

    • JD degree, and licensure in at least one state within the USA
    • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (Family-based immigration knowledge and foreign language skills are very useful, but business immigration work experience is required.)
